Pre-Order T&C

1) Customers will be informed via WhatsApp to settle any balance payment along with an invoice at least three weeks before the release date. 

2) Invoices must be clearer within a week. Deposits may be forfeited if customers fail to provide the balance payment after requesting for pre-order 

3) self collecting/shipping methods are available. However customers must bear the cost of the shipping fee please note that we will do our best to ensure your parcel is safe but bear no responsibility for lost parcels by the shipping company. 

4) Allocation of stocks are not guaranteed as there are cases of stock cut. We will refund only if we are unable to allocate a second wave
